“Unlikely to stay there again”

The best

The position and location were excellent and security for the premises were good. Overalls clean and tidy but dated.

To be improved

The heater for the hot water had not been plugged in so we could not shower on arrival, there was no kettle to boil water so we had to use a saucepan to boil the water. No Air conditioning just 2 fans that did nothing but move warm air around the apartment. Some of the plates were chipped, only 2 bath towels and 1hand towel. We had to bye 2more towels. Severe problems between the owner, bookings.com and ourselves getting the agreed price finalised till the week before we went.
