The communication with the host. The apartment was not clean. The blankets were very dirty. It was difficult to explain we needed clean blankets. The blanket covers were to small so we had to buy new ones our self. The entering of the building was very difficult en sometimes not possible. We had to wait for other residents of the building to let us in. We complained several times and the answer we received was a locksmith was coming to check the lock of the building. We talked with several residents and they didn't had any problems to enter the building. So it seemed our keys were very bad copy's. We had the feeling the problem was already know by the host (in the past other guest had the same problem), but the didn't solve it....

During our stay there was a lot of noise coming from the renovations in the building and in the harbour in front of the building.
