“Great price/quality, amazing location, very new apartment”
The best

Me and my friend stayed in the apartment for about 2 weeks. Location is really great, 2-minute walk from the central market and Loja de la Seda with so so many coffees/bakeries around. We worked from there, from the kitchen/living room - loved having access to the cute balcony and also the rooftop (which is shared with the rest of the building but during our staying we didn’t really see anybody else) with an amazing view and possibility to sunbathe. Very responsive and available customer service! Tendentially the area is noisy, but we were aware of that, and outside of Fallas (we had 4 nights of Fallas madness - and yes, sleeping was hard) the noise is manageable with a good pair of earplugs and some patience. Only two negative points I would mention here: - Wi-fi: when it worked, it was incredibly fast, but at times it would randomly stop working during the day so we had to buy a €15 Sim Prepago to use for emergencies (since we were supposed to join important working calls during the week). The first couple of day the WiFi was not working at all but the support service looked into that almost immediately. - Hot water: when you shower, hot water works only for the first couple of minutes and then it becomes lukewarm to cold. Overall we were however very pleased with the experience!

“Great studio in the center of Valencia”
The best

Perfect studio in the middle of Valencia, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. I had everything I needed when it comes to kitchen and cleaning equipment. A plus for the apartment having a big fridge, an oven and washing machine. Helpful staff when I asked for new bed linen. Great place for both short and long stay.

To be improved

If you’re sensitive to noice this might not be the place for you. After all it’s in the middle of the city and with that you get city sounds more or less 24/7. Nothing that bothered me after a while.

“Fantastic location and terrace”
The best

The location is just fantastic. Right in the historical centre with the Central Market around the corner (we went shopping every day). 10 mins walk to metro station and bus to the beach. Many nice restaurants and bars can be reached around. The location is quite quiet in low season. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing for breakfast or sunbathing. Beautiful views on the old town. The apartment is simple but comfy with one bedroom and one extra bed in living room. There is small balcony at each window door.

To be improved

We traveled in October so we didn´t need air-conditioning. But the apartment can be very hot in the summer time as there is no air-conditioning. Impossible to open the windows during the night due to night rush around (it is pedestrian area around but night life can be loud around). The check-in could be easier - you have to pick up keys in an office which is not far away (10 mins walk) but a safety kit at the entrance would be smoother. You have to allow 200 Eur deposit on your account in case of demage. I do understand but this is what property insurance is for. I didn´t like the mokka kettle didn´t work on the induction cooker:)

“Apartment in Valencia old town.”
The best

The location was excellent. And we were in a central location. Lovely, tall, shuttered windows in the apartment. Very close to the Old Market.

To be improved

The shower tended to leak onto the floor. No long mirror.!
