Location and the size of the apartment.

To be improved

The decor and furniture are all tired and in need of replacement/ repair. Slightly reflective of the price, but fixing exposed wiring and broken sofa arms should be addressed. The air conditioning is only available in the entrance hall and main living area and none of the bedrooms.

Large and spacious

To be improved

Lack of kitchen utensils, not even a bread knife. It would be very difficult for a family to cook a meal considering the property can take up to 10 people. The toaster didn’t work, the pictures of the terrace didn’t match what was actually there, only 1 mirror in the hallway with no plug socket near for drying hair. no mirrors in the bedrooms.
