“Great location in a quiet area, 10–15 minutes from the center”

The apartment is in a very good location. The neighborhood is quiet, but still quite close to the center of activity. It takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the city center along relatively safe streets. There is a grocery store across from the apartment.

To be improved

The apartment has a ventilation system with fans, which are very loud. At check-in, it wasn’t easy to get the keys due to a misunderstanding with the person who was supposed to provide access to the apartment.

“Would not stay again, cramped , dark and ok if only staying 1 / 2 nights max if only to sleep”

No outdoor space as led to believe by description only a widow that open in so can’t even stand outside Very dark and cramped studio No basic condiments The manager texting me on what’s app looking for my credit card details to secure €150 deposit I refused as anyone to send their details through message would be crazy

Close to Valencia centre 20 mins walk, and handy for bus transport too. · Cons: Only down side is the internal staircase to the apartments are made of metal and so if used can 'clang' a bit. Luckily most people used the lift.”
