“Perfect location, I would go back”

Location nis amazing, super central, and surprisingly not noisy at all! The check in was easy and the person was really nice.

To be improved

The only thing I didn't like is that the internet didn't work for a few hours and I was working so I needed internet. They send someone stratightaway though and at the end it was fixed.

“Very disappointing”

The woman who gave us the keys was nice and prompt.

We appreciated the woman meeting us. And it was pretty clean and tidy. But we are very unhappy about the accommodation we were given. The apartment was very different from the one in the picture. The shower had black mold. And it was so small and awkward to get into and out of for a large person. As a result, I was unable to really use the shower comfortably. The window shade in one bedroom did not open. The second bedroom door didn’t close because one of the twin beds was too long for the space. It was not the apartment that was pictured on the Internet when we booked it. If we had known this was the apartment we would not have booked.

“Amazing location!”

The best

The location of this apartment was fantastic but the actual apartment wasn't anything special. The things that are most important for us on any stay is that the beds and the sofa are comfortable and unfortunately, we didn't find either of these things here. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely and big and super clean. The pictures on booking.com made the flat look much nicer than it actually was.

“Nice stay, amazing location!”

A woman came to drop off the keys after we texted. There were enough towels en the apartment was nice and big and clean. Big kitchen with most things you need. Overall a very nice stay!

To be improved

It was slightly unclear where to wait etc during check in since they said someone was on the way but it took quite a while and we just stood in front of the door. There was only one cutting knife, would be nice to have at least one more, especially since the only knife was a bread knife.
