“Great house, brilliant location! We’ll be back!”

The best

This property is a gem. Set in a quiet neighbourhood about a 5 min walk to the old town and a further 5/10 mins down to the beach. We were on a winter sunshine break with our dog and we loved being so accessible to the beach and the town. The main beach and promenade of Estepona is so lovely and we very much enjoyed walking many kms in both directions every day in the warm winter sunshine. The weather wasn’t warm enough to use any of the outside spaces at the house but I would imagine that in the summer they would be wonderful. The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts were available to answer any questions at anytime and were very helpful. The parking is easy, a reserved space directly in front of the house. Yes there is a gentle slope down to the town but my hubby and I are active 61 and 69 years old and we didn’t find it any issue at all! We We loved our time here so much we will very likely return next winter. Thank you for a great stay!

Nothing really. A few very little wear & tear issues that we mentioned to our hosts in case they didn’t know - nothing too dramatic and they’ve said they’ll sort them.

“Perfect for a month stay in Spain!!!”

We spent 22 nights there (2 adults, 2 childrens - 6 years old and the other 1 year 7 months) . It was fabulous. The house is splendid. It is very well equipped. Kitchen is fully equipped. The are is very quiet (we were there during the final of the european championship of football - and Spain won. Even so with all the fiesta going on, it was quiet). Everything you need. The rooftop pool was a dream for our childrens. Very nice everything! Wonderful!

To be improved

1. It didnt had a vacuum cleaner, it could of been very useful. 2. From the house to the beach you walk 8 9 minutes. But from the beach to the house with 2 childrens you walk 20.. 25 minutes. Because it was a big slop. Very hard to walk. 3. Stores or supermarkets ar a little bit far, because of the slop. From the house to the supermarket you have 5 minutes walk. But from the supermarket to the house you have at least 10 to 14 minutes walk (adult walk with groceries). But we rented a car after 4 days. We had a parking spot in front of the house.. Very useful. With the car is perfect for everything. 10 for everything.
