Although it was a beautiful apartment there are a few things that happened that would never allow me to stay there again. - I will start with the worst, the noise. We stayed there for two days and i think we all slept maybe 3-4 hours the whole time. The doors to the street are not sturdy or sound proof, and you can hear the junkies and drunk people until 3-4 AM everyday of the week. The shutter doors for the balcony were banging all night due to the wind. There was MAJOR CONSTRUCTION going on all throughout the night, it was a nightmare. - Location is close to everything you need to see, but the actual street it is located on is a bit unsafe and full of junkies. - The staff were extremely unresponsive when it came to early check in, i emailed months in advance asking for early check in as we were arriving from Canada at 8 AM and they kept saying no, check in is at 3 PM. We had all of our luggage so we were left with no answers, they said there was a storage place we could put it but when we arrived they did not answer us at all and thankfully we met a beautiful couple that allowed us to put our things in their apartment until then. The workers at the apartment complex are extremely rude. - Air conditioning broke and flooded the floors. They were coincidentally very responsive to that though. UNLESS YOU ARE A HEAVY SLEEPER, DO NOT STAY HERE. I contacted them and told them about all of this and they just said sorry, no refund nothing.

Too noisy. Windows cannot be properly closed to keep out the noise. Apartment is in level 1. Pillows are way too soft and ideally apartment can be only for a maximum of 3 people. Top cramped for more than that
