The best

We arrived early, and Kim was great, facilitating dropping off our luggage early, which allowed us to stroll about and get our bearings. The house was well laid out with comfortable areas both inside and outside. The kitchen facilities were plentiful and easy to use. The bedrooms were all of a good size, and the air-conditioning was a godsend. The house felt very secure. The pool was great, and most days, we had sole use of it...

To be improved

There was a miscommunication with Kim regarding the WiFi and password. This could easily be avoided by leaving the provider and password with the keys on handover. Also, there is no access to any cable channels in the tv room, and the tv in the loft bedroom had no power to it, which was a disappointment. Both of these slight issues were passed on to Kim but with no offer to sort them out. These in no way affected the enjoyment of our holiday, but others may find it a hindrance. Our biggest concern was the air-conditioning system in the loft bedroom. It leaked out water onto the floor and nearly caused quite a severe accident as the water was in a pool at the top of the marble staircase. I would suggest that this is resolved immediately purely as a safety issue. The positioning of the property definitely lends itself to needing a car, only because of the severe inclines of the hills from the beaches and restaurants.
