There is not AC units in the rooms, Only the master and the leaving rooms has AC, we have to leave the room door open to let the cold fluid to the other rooms, there is not privacy if you have to leave your room open all the time, otherwise the rooms are getting hot

While the location was ideal, many basic things were lacking. We were not provided with cleaning supplies: no kitchen sponge or dish soap, paper towels, spray cleaner, dishwasher detergent, or washing machine detergent. We were asked to take out the garbage daily but we were provided only one bag for garbage (no recycling container or recycling instructions). The kitchen was had some supplies for cooking but not enough to make a satisfactory meal. The sheets were crisp, but the blankets on the bed were stained and dirty. The floor got dirty quickly despite us removing our shoes. We contacted staff and waited 36 hours to be provided with cleaning supplies. Overall, the staff was not very friendly, responsive, or helpful. We felt very uncomfortable sending a PHOTO of our credit card for the €250 deposit.

3 bedrooms but only one of them had an AC and because of that we had to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room since there was an AC there. It was too hot to sleep in the other 2 bedrooms. Kitchen lacks some basics such as cleaning cloth. Coffee machine was broken but we used the kettle instead.

The outside space is unusable, it smells badly And is dirty

Additional stair were awful with cases - stairs very wrapped in brown paper - a complete death trap - my daughter lost her footing and get case snapped ( huge cost and stressful travelling with a case with no handle) hellish
