Travel Habitat - Ciudad de las Ciéncias

Very basic facilities and equipment. Furniture was poor quality.

1. The layout of the twin bedroom. You had to step over the second bed to access the window and the lamp and light switch was on the other side of the room. 2. The kitchen had insufficient socket points. You had to unplug the kettle to turn on the coffee machine. A multi-socket extension would have been great. 3. I think it would be nice if the apartment was a little more generous with toilet roll. We had to go out and buy more during our visit and left the additional loo rolls there. 4. We were only left one tea towel. This felt too little for a weeks stay. There was no separate hand towel I. The kitchen. 5. In the UK Airbnb’s all leave some very basic cooking stuff… salt, pepper, oil etc There was two coffee pods and that was it (maybe some tea bags) 6. I didn’t find a guide to the flat with details for using WiFi, air conditioning, recycling etc. would have been really useful.

Couple of minor points. There was no tea towel in the kitchen which meant we had to use a towel to dry the dishes but it was not the end of the world. We also would have liked a 'Welcome Book' that outlined a few things about the apartment, bus routes and the like which is generally standard in rented apartments. There was a bus stop right outside ans without my own research I wouldn't have known where it went. Not a big deal for me. But it would be a nice addition. Honestly these anlre minor things in the grand scheme of things. But, every little convince helps when you are visiting a foreign country.
