The experience was good, Especially the accommodations thanks to Valeriia superb customer service she is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breastfast is good.

NORMA (bar section), is a charm and warming and make u feel home specially when u traveled for hours!

I visited this hotel in September and was very pleased! The staff was very polite. I especially want to thank the girl with blonde hair and blue eyes; she answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. :) The rooms are clean and have everything I needed. I loved the breakfast! The metro is nearby.

We stayed here for three nights prior to our cruise. The rooms were very clean and all public areas were also kept neat, tidy and clean. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We would like to give a special mention to Norma who provided us with our evening meals for each night we stayed. The food is standard fair but the convenience of having something available at the end of busy days was valuable. Norma was kind, courteous and efficient and we are happy to be able to recommend her service. Conveniently situated for public transport, we would be more than happy to return should we visit Barcelona another time. Dave and Julia
