The check-in process was complicated, and the hotel is in urgent need of an update as the room was heavily worn. The staff was not particularly friendly. The breakfast was very basic, with no vegetables. The only positive aspect was the clean bed linen.

“Catfish + Waste of money”

The reception and bar staff were really great, very helpful and professional they seriously deserve recognition 11/10 guys, thanks again for everything! The bed was comfy and the Aircon was decent.

The cleaning staff are utterly useless. There were CLIPPED TOENAILS on the floor of my room, not one or two either.. at least 4 were found. Hairs on our bed, both on arrival and when housekeeping "cleaned up" during the week. The shower head was absolutely filthy (has not been cleaned in YEARS and I've worked in hotels before.. you can budget clean it by soaking it in a bag of vinegar and it will look new!) mirror wasn't cleaned and had a message written on it when it steamed up. Toilet didn't have a brush to clean after #2's. The whole building looks nothing like the pictures, which really catfished me, they literally used pictures from the day it was created because the rooms are run down and the outside of the building is different in colour. (Damage to walls, curtains, paint, skirtings etc) My room only has 2 body towels, one was dirty with brown stains. We had to ask at reception for small towels and clean ones. Bed side light wouldn't work if my girlfriend's one was on. There was damage to our window frame/window, when you open it, it just keeps swinging open and because it's so big and heavy it's clearly damaged the structure of the wall next to it. A crack 1 inch thick, 1cm deep 7 inches long. So whenever we wanted to open the window we'd have to stand and hold it to avoid further damage or the window just breaking off... Wanted to use the safe but didn't trust it as it had tape holding in the batteries, also no instructions on how to use it either. The kettle was filthy on the inside and even after boiling water twice and rinsing it, white bits of crap showed up in my girlfriend's tea. Genuinely feel like I wasted my money here and I would never come back even if it was 90% off. Again though, at least they hired good front of house staff.

“Cheap stay close to Airport”

Good price, 10min drive from airport, lots to do around the area. Overall clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and nice staff.

15 minutes to airport, taxi 30 euro, metro near by. AC is OK. Service was fine. Basic hotel, so the price to quality ratio isn't good.

To be improved

No food or amenities in the front vending machine. Room smelled stuffy, doors close very fast and room cards need a few tries to work. Our window didn't close, so night traffic was noisy.
