Travelodge Madrid Alcalá de Henares

It has changed a lot and the only good thing is its location. Poor service, very noisy air conditioning, noisy exteriors as well as interiors, dirty bathroom on this last visit, and an overly strong ambient odor in the room

Comfortable and spacious room, on-site restaurant, good meal, good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The man at the reception when I arrived in the evening was really great! Possibility to use ironing equipment.

This is a great place to stay. Great location, nice facilities, kind staff, comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. It felt like a better home, honestly. Super cozy, super comfortable, super private too. I have social anxiety and I still had a really easy time getting help from the staff when I needed it, and I'm forever thankful for that.

The hotel was fab unfortunately the restaurant was closed for lunch and the check in was slow. I found the bed very comfortable the rebound and firmness of the mattress provided a wonderful experience
