the staff was friendly, the room was clean and kept clean every day, the breakfast was fine. The room had a bath/shower combo which wasn't ideal for me but could be for a smaller person!

I had a great stay at this hotel. I went on a business trip and decided to stay near the airport to this option was perfect. The reception team was extremely nice, specifically Fernanda, what a nice and welcoming lady. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The only improvement I would say is the breakfast. It costs euros, I asked my company to book it with my reservation hoping it was a full buffet. However, the quality and options were not what you expect for the value it costs. Nevertheless, I give it a 5 star because what matters the most in my opinion is the quality of service you get from the staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

Very good and receptionist Nelsy very polite and helpful. Hotel is clean. Location good and easy to find. Nice buffet breakfast. Recommend a stay.

We arrived much earlier than expected and were so grateful to be allowed to check in early. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. A special thank you to Nelsy at the front desk for being so kind and helpful… she truly made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

The employees were great and their service was excellent. The bed was the best of our trip, it was our last night in Madrid and we slept great. The staff were exceptional. Location is very good. The room had a great view. We were a 7 people staying and it was great.
