To be improved

One suggestion is to either clean the balcony more often or provide slippers for the guests. It’s a shame to contaminate such a wonderful apartment.

“Compact modern living in a convenient location in Triana”
The best

1. Location. A short walk to the Triana Bridge. The hop on and hop off bus stop is on the same road as the property about 150m away. There are also public bus stops nearby as well. Supermarkets, tapas bars, speciality shops including a fresh seafood shop all on the same road. Lots of flamenco show venues less than 10 minutes walk away. 2. Lift access, small, modern and fairly quick. Tree Triana accommodations are located on the 1st floor. Our property was at the back, without a balcony, away from the main street. It was quiet. 3. Access is by key code, easy to use. 4. Communication with host was easy, prompt and quick to revert. 5. Property is modern and fairly new. 6. Shower good pressure and temperature. 7. Air conditioning very effective.

To be improved

1. Cleanliness not up to mark. Thick layer of dust from under bathroom cupboard where sink is (flew everywhere when we switched on our hair dryer!), noticeable dust on decorative items and table lamps, dish storage area. An overdue need for a thorough clean. It is likely the unit gets a quick surface clean of the general areas but not thorough. Not ideal especially if one is sensitive to dust. 2. Cooking utensils need to be replaced as very worn (The non stick layer on the pan is non existent). Knives are blunt. 3. There are pump bottles in the bathrooms and kitchen top for handwash soap/ wash liquid detergent but are empty. In each of the 2 bathrooms, there are 4 small bottles of showering detergent. 4. Kitchen facilities are compact, suggesting that cooking is not encouraged. No electric kettle, only a stove top kettle that doesn't whistle anymore. 5. IMPORTANT POINT TO NOTE - Washing machine and dryer is a shared equipment and located on the ground floor in a area assessible by another key code. It is NOT in the unit. 6. The unit is actually quite small with common living/dining area very compact.

“Peaceful stay”
The best

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the interior was also very calm and comfortable — ideal for resting after a day out in Seville. However, the balcony was not clean, which took away a bit from the overall experience. Additionally, communication with the host could have been better.

The location was nice and quiet. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well laid out. Only a 20 minute easy walk to the centre/old town.

“Great location and comfortable place”
The best

The location was good and it was easy to book an Uber to places we wanted to go to. On our first night, we also walked a little bit to the bus stop to go to Plaza Espana. We enjoyed as well that there was a nearby supermarket and tapas bar where we could order food. Most of all, the unit was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The host gave clear instructions on how to access the unit.
