To be improved

To open the door, we had to install an app and the instructions only came when we were on our way to the destination by car. There was quite a bit of confusion and the instructions about the location of the apartment were poor, we rang the doorbell of the wrong door, one floor too low. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor even though the instructions said the 2nd floor, the lowest floor was actually the 0th floor.
