It wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property however I would say magnets on the cupboard need to be renewed as sometimes when in bed they would just pop open

The apartment wasn’t the cleanest the bed linen was old and looked dirty Under the bed was filthy as was the sun bed on the balcony The bathroom tiles in the shower was also dirty and all laminate floor needs replaced

Property was in need of a bit of a refurbishment tiles in the bathroom were yellowed floor boards cracked ect, but wasn’t to bad for the price. We seen 6-7 cockroaches in the apartment during are stay however when we got there the owner did ring us to tell us it had been treated 3 times for cockroaches but that some may still be there. There was also loud building work going on in the apartment above us which started about 9 in the morning however this is probably out of the owners control

The studio is starting to look a little tired, Could do with new floor, Kitchen cupboards do not close properly, Tiles in bathroom could be changed but these would not stop us staying again and recommending this studio to others.
