Great stay at TRH. Great views and location being so close to the beach and bars, rooms are a little dated but exceptionally clean. Pools are cold but to be expected for beginning of April. Entertainment is great throughout the day for children, Richi was great with the kids. Kids loved mini disco. Cannot fault this hotel for the price. This hotel offers great value for money. Would definitely come back.

We have been going to this hotel for years since my children were small. We have many happy memories here . But sadly I don’t know if I would book again . This is because when I last came with my son I had an awful experience. We arrived very late and when I opened the bedroom door I got a faint smell of urine . But that night I was exhausted and slept in the bed . The next day the smell got stronger and I smelt the sheets . They were obviously clean and washed . But the urine smell wouldn’t go away . We went out for the day and when we got back could smell it through apartment. I went for a lie down on my bed and it was overwhelming. So I pulled the mattress protector back and the Mattress stunk of wee. It was revolting. There is no way the maid would not have smelt it when making up the bed before we arrived. So clearly they had tried to just cover it up. Next what upset me is it took 3 trips to reception to get the actual bed changed . The first time they only changed the covers. And the reception staff were not apologetic to me , rather speaking to me like I was being an inconvenience. The lady even said we can’t make any promises to change it, I said no way I can sleep on it so they would have to . When the maintenance man eventually came to change it the smell was awful and they had to open the window . He didn’t speak English but made a bad smell gesture. Honestly I cant believe I’d slept on it. Never in my life have I had this experience in a hotel. They put the bed in the maintenance hallway and when we came back later the whole hallway smelt of urine that’s how bad it was. I was very upset about the bed and the way I’d been treated. And the fact I’m a good customer and have been many times. We got a letter of apology the next day but it wasn’t really enough. If I was the manager of the hotel I’d have been mortified. There’s no excuse really. Such a shame for our last holiday here to end on such a sour note.

Loved this hotel but our only regret was not having a sea view room as the views are amazing. The rooms are a bit dated but are comfortable and have everything you need for your stay. Booked again for this year with a sea view room. Great location.
