“Well appointed apartment, perfect for our needs.”
The best

Location was excellent - easy access to beach, restaurants and supermarket. Apartment well appointed and towels changed every couple of days. Pool was large and clean. Staff helpful.

To be improved

Apartment was tired in places - rusty appliances, chipped paintwork, some damp. Not much room to move around once sofa bed opened up.

House equipment (air cooling out of service). Customer service: no reactivity in handling the problem of air cooling, no help for the transfer of our luggages when they finally decided to change our accomodation, bad will in dealing with our claim after the stay, no consideration for customer experience once everything is paid.

“Absolutely loved our stay amazing staff”
The best

Views were amazing, so lovely and quiet with black out curtains we all slept so well. Great location 7 min walk slight hill to wonderful beach which we had to ourselves early, very near a supermarket and lovely bars and restaurants, 35 min walk downhill into Fornells and 7 Euros in taxi Big shout out to Andrea’s bar nan and chef what amazing lunches and drinks he was such a lovely man

We were given a picnic on our last day as we had to leave before breakfast which we had paid for. The quality of the picnic was very poor
