The hot water supply is not sufficient to take shower more than 10 minutes. Wife was freezing to death when she was the first person who took shower. None of us able to take shower for the rest of 2 days. The room was very damp to the point that the bed feels wet. it has a dehumidifier and air condition, the host could have turned them on before gust arrived. It took a whole day before the bed is dry enough to sleep in. Location is very good but soundproofing is very bad hence can't sleep without earplug.

The ground floor location meant that you couldn't have the windows open without being seen from people walking past. It didn't feel very private and was quite noisy because of people passing through the apartment block front door.

Too expensive for what you get.

The blanket on the bed would benefit from washing, as it smelled a little funky, and the shower would benefit from a little bleach, as the grout had some mold at the base. Ideally, I think a fan in the bathroom would help reduce humidity. But overall, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!! Great spot!
