“Pleasant”

The best

It has everything you need for a short stay: the kitchen utensils, the bed and pillows are good. Located in the very center and there are lots of cafes and restaurants around the area.

To be improved

The apartment on the right appears to be a rental apartment as well, and you will depend on whether someone lives there and whether that someone intends to be quiet. The walls between the apartments are so thin that even if the neighbors are just talking, you will hear every word they say. If they decide to listen to music, you'll listen to music too. If they decide to stay up all night, ... you get the idea. The windows in this house are also not insulated (you can even see through the gaps between the windows and walls) and we could hear the beeping sounds of the checkout line at the supermarket next door. The speaking neighbours were much worst though.

The best

Great location, right in the center of "old city" (Triana/Vegueta), you have tons of cafes nearby, several museums are ~15 minutes away. It's a great place if you're interested in the city, maybe less so if you're more after lying on the beach.

To be improved

Soundproofing is basically non-existent - with closed windows i was hearing "beeping" when products were scanned in supermarket nearby, and for couple of nights really struggled to sleep as felt like people talking in the same room.

Location superb. It was perfect for our needs. A bit expensive, but adequate for our requirements.
