The best

Staying at this apartment hotel in the heart of Seville was a great experience. One of its standout features is the on-site car park, which is a lifesaver given how challenging it can be to find parking in downtown Seville. The location is fantastic, with most of the city's tourist attractions, including the Alcazar, just a 15-minute walk away. The apartment owner is a truly refined and helpful person who remains in constant communication. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and equipped with everything a family, especially one with children, might need. Conveniently, there is a large supermarket nearby. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for families.

To be improved

The only downside was that some of the furnishings appeared a bit dated. Also, there was an issue with water leaking into the bathroom when using the shower. I would recommend the owner address this concern.

This apartment is great! Clean, comfortable and in a very nice place! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the center! Ramon is a very kind man, he replies to messages in a matter of seconds! Free parking is very good and safe in the underground garage! We received very useful tips from Ramon! And finally, I am delighted to say that even though we were supposed to leave the parking lot at 11am, Ramom allowed us the whole day! Thank you very much! I will definitely come back here, home is a 10+

The best

This apartment is in a great location in an area called Triana. There are lots of great little bars and restaurants here and it's only a 20 minute walk to the historic center. It also had parking, which is very helpful if you are driving. Street parking is at a premium. The parking spot is small so if you have a larger vehicle it probably won't work.

The unit is very small but as advertised.

“central location with everything you need”

location is very good, you don’t need a car to explore Seville. a big supermarket and 2 good restaurants are just next to the flat

everything inside is just the basic stuff, aligned with the price you paid. so it’s not a 4 star hotel standard. There is outside light flashing all overnight, the curtain is very thin so it’s a bit annoying. only small car can be parked in if there is another SUV parked next to you. so if you are driving medium sized car, you have on chance to park if the next the parking lot is occupied by another similar sized car.
