It is central to a number of local bars.

To be improved

It was not close to the main centre of Sevilla. The shower didn't drain away and flooded the floor. We didn't mention this during our 3 day stay as we simply didn't want the disturbance of people coming to fix things. Basically, this was clearly an ongoing issue. The shower area was staineed and needed a specialized deep clean. We simply didn't use the shower. Overall, the apartment is extremely tired. The bed is basic, and the curtains faded from years in the sun. There is a pic nic bench on the terrace that is completely broken and should be scrapped. The canopies on the terrace wete shreded by the wind, and years past the need for replacement. The furniture overall on the terrace was basic. We booked the apartment based on images and description, but felt it was in its real form, given it's quality level, was over priced. It is very disappointing as the apartment could be fantastic if some effort was mafe to improve/refurbish it.

The best

The location. It is right in Triana where bars, restaurants and supermercados are. And walking distance to all touristic attractions. The terrasse is another plus. Quiet even in the middle of Triana.

To be improved

The bed is squeaky the minute you make the slightest movement. Very annoying. The table in the terrasse is broken. The table inside is shaky.
