“Comfortable place that is close to the old town”
The best

Pablo ,the host, was helpful and flexible. If we had any question,he answered as soon as possible and he also gave us late check-out option. The apartmant was clean, comfortable and well-equiipped. Big bonus for the washing machine! There are some extra blankets under the bed if you need them. The location is close to the old city and the big bus station.

To be improved

The place was really cold.Probably ,its good during summer but step in from the warm outsude,it was always a little shock. Plya de Las Canteras was little far. A bigger clothes rack would be helpful.

A compact apartment that lacked attention to important details. The small bathroom did not have a working extractor which is essential. The sink tall necked tap was so loose it was like Merlins magic wand and dangerous. Clearly known before rental The property accepts 3 people , 1 wine glass, 2 spirit plus mixer glasses & 2 everyday glasses ! As a regular visitor to Las Palmas it needs to up it's game in a competitive market with better properties at lower prices in the location.
