“Host was fantastic even arranging transfers etc. Room was value for money and position was excellent · Cons: The onsite "concierge" as he calls himself ( caretaker) was rude and would not let a mobility scooter get to the lift. It was allowed in the lift but not the walkway to it. Said this was because the residents had voted for this but saw numerous residents accessing the lift by scooters etc. We just ignored him in the end.”

“- Key collection incredibly difficult - loud noise from guests - cockroach found in bathroom - earwig in living room - tv didn’t work - limited hot water - beds uncomfortable, spring out of bed · Cons: - better key access, spent 25 minutes trying to get into the location with unclear instructions - replace beds - sort out pests”

“get a balcony room”

The best

size of room was very good and communication with owners very quick

To be improved

lots of ants in room, 1 bedroom just couldn't keep cool and felt isolated from rest of building as if we were entering and exiting through a trade entrance. reviews led us to think we would have a balcony with view but our room just overlooked the pool so felt awkward opening the curtains.

owner very friendly, easy to find apartment and clear instructions on how to enter. apartment clean and easy to get to main beach. Nice pool also.

“We had a great time there. Good location, perfect communication with the maintenance, resolving small problems quickly. Very good location and very clean pool. There was also good equipment in the apartment. · Cons: The procedure to get the keys was complicated and the first key lock didn't open so we were stuck and asked for help. Later someone opened the door for us. The weird thing was that the trash on the sidewalk around the building was left uncleaned for two days although there was a cleaning duty every day.”
