“One of the waiters in the Bar was showing his dislike to me , being Asian Filipino to be exact i have been to Mallorca 4 times already this Hotel is the most umpleasant stay, and 100% not going back to this Hotel. · Cons: The waiter in the Bar, whom i dont know why acted in that manner. It us a big ??? to me still.”

Facilities were brilliant. Both pools were perfect. Loads of space and enjoyed the free drinks taps. The staff made our holiday. The bar staff were fun and really friendly. The entertainers were also brilliant. Our son loved the magic carpet they brought out to the pool every afternoon. The cleaning staff were also excellent and had our room fresh every day. We were really happy with the food. Tasty and good variety. Was also really convenient, especially as we had a toddler with us. Good location also. Just a short walk to the beach and town.

To be improved

While the rooms were nice, spacious and clean, the beds were quite hard to- woke up with a sore back and few mornings. Was slightly disappointed that indoor pool was closed. It was really hot out and it would have been a good way to keep the kids in out of the heat for a bit.
