Well a little bit of everything, with a little more detail oriented view could be a much better place. The bed it pretty small for 2 persons.

The biggest downside was the bed, extremely saggy in the middle, making it almost impossible for two people to get a good night's sleep; a very small sink located close to the bed and the apartment had a noticeable humidity, but that’s understandable given the northern location and the shower being in the middle of the apartment."

I arrived at property at approximately 3pm and, upon opening the door, I encountered what seemed an overwhelming smell of mold masked by cleaning solution. I immediately contacted the manager who asked me to open the doors and windows. Following his advice, I sat outside airing the place for hours. The smell only subsiding slightly as the day passed into evening, It was still terribly uncomfortable. I attempted to stay the night as I had no other immediate option and found myself having to leave in the early morning. I contacted the property manager again and he had no other location, nor any willingness to remedy the situation. His response was essentially that I should have known it was the humid side of the island and that other guests had made such comments. I am writing this review so that other potential guests may take heed of the situation before booking. I was ultimately forced to find another place. The subsequent location was located on the same side of the island and had no such issues.

Soundproof is not perfect - might be a problem if you have noisy neighbors (it was not a case for us as there were not much guests in late November)
