“Great apartment in a good location in Barcelona”
The best

The apartment is very spacious and it is decorated very well - good mix of old building with modern facilities. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were nice and big. It’s in a great location with restaurants, shops and the subway really close by. The stops for buses to the airport or other places are conveniently close by also.

To be improved

It can be a bit noisy, particularly at night time. We experienced a water shortage which we were given some notice for, although it continued for a second day which was inconvenient- especially as it was our last day when we were leaving. This wasn’t the fault of the property management, but was still annoying.

“We really liked the apartment — it exceeded our expectations.”

It was very clean. The building and the apartment are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided, and we even found a bottle of water left for us. We especially appreciated that the air conditioner had been turned on in advance, so we arrived to a pleasantly cool and comfortable space. Communication before check-in was excellent.

To be improved

The only downside was that the building has thin walls — we could hear our neighbors very clearly. They were talking and laughing loudly at night, and at times it felt like the sound was coming from inside our own apartment.

“Love the historic building. I wish it could have been looking onto the street side.”

the view was a courtyard of the local people. Not pretty. People hanging laundry to dry from balconies. Very cultural. Elevators were very small due to the older age of the building. I had to make multiple trips to he 6th floor to get all luggage up.
