“Beautiful apartment, in great location, Poor management causing unnecessary stress.”
The best

The location is excellent. Right in the centre of town. A few minutes walk to local sites. Lots to do in the area and a very cool area about 15 mins above the flat though all around has much to see, do and eat.

To be improved

To get codes to access the apartment you complete a form. I filled the form in 7 times over several days. On the day of my flight I still had no code. No trouble accepting my payment but a lot of trouble getting the access codes. I text the company whilst waiting for my flight. Made me anxious about if I was going to have an apartment to go to. Responses were slow. On arriving we had no wifi details. So simple to put a label on the back of the TV. I had to message for it, so no wifi for the first day due to slow response. For these reasons I gave a 7 rating.

Unfortunately my experience was ruined by the absolute lack of assistance from the staff. Literally they don’t reply. But location is great.

We were not given the hairdryer and despite our requests, nobody replied to us. Phone doesn’t not work and they stopped replying by chat. We could not have a proper shower and wash our hair. Incredibly unprofessional not to reply and to have their phone off for 4 days. If you ever need anything from them, rest assured you will be left on your own.
