Location is good, getting into the apartment was easy.

To be improved

Big problem: boiler has not enough hot water for 2 or 3 people to shower. Let alone 4 as the apartment is sold for. I sent a msg when I booked requesting the sofa bed to be made as per booking we were 4. We received a msg from them confirming that would be no problem. Sofa bed was not made, main bed was not proper made, with duvet cover just placed above the duvet. Host communicated only in Spanish including on standard / pre written text explanations.

The location is very good. Easily accessible to Gran via and nearby areas. The apartment is new with new and cleaned kitchen appliances.

To be improved

Bath gel, kitchen towels etc. not provided and need more furniture to sit and relax in the apartment.
