“A stunningly beautiful and luxurious ground floor apartment!”
The best

It was a beautiful apartment and excellent value for money. It was beautifully decorated and furnished and in a great location for us near to the railway station. We can highly recommend for 2 couples and has 2 bathrooms.

Confortable, clean, lots of lovely details, it felt like a home

Everything was excellent. Just a tiny detail, one of the showers could nit be moved up or down, so we held it by hand

The best

The apt is newly renovated with excellent facilities. Central heating supplemented by central A/C great for winter days. Private parking space underground with access from the building. All public transport in front of the building. Short distance to old town Granada.

To be improved

The apartament is at ground level right at the entrance to the building so it can get a little noisy at peak hours and the common plumbing is not very well soundproof so there is noise when neighbors use the baths. Bu I have seen worse in 4 star hotels.

Luxurious flat as seen on pictures, can't be really faulted really, spacious and good quality fittings not Ikea's but corte ingles and quality shows Great value for money 15 min walk to sightseeing areas

To be improved

It is a bit of a nuisance that main entry door into the building is next door also you can hear the water ducting system from the other upstairs apartments . What I like the least is the fact that all is virtual you see no one and it would have been wonderful to have someone 15 min with us to explain the unloading process and the placing of the car in the garage, it is not that simple and to make it virtual can add to a stressful situation which is what happened to us.. Harder Pillows would be welcome
