Very clean. Comfortable beds and very effective air conditioning. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee. Everything you could need , home from home. Lovely view of the sea.

What an absolute gem. A well refurbished up-to-date apartment with a Seaview from the second bedroom & all mod cons. Could not fault this place.

To be improved

As all of the properties that side around the Siam Park area it is a bit hilly. Although the shortcut up the stairs was a lot better and well lit at night.

The best

The apartment was amazing with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped and all the things are new. The location is on a steep hill near Siam Park. We had a car and for us it was easy to discover all the beautiful spots from Tenerife.

To be improved

Maybe in the living room some rolls will help during the day

“Been charged for a broken lamp 8 days after leaving even though I videoed the whole apartment when leaving, and all was”

The property itself was lovely and clean but very disappointed to receive a bill for a damaged lamp 8 days after leaving, and I had videoed the apartment as we were leaving and everything was perfect.

To be improved

To get to the apartment there are very steep steps down, even if you were to take the lift (the lift is quite small and scary) you still need to do a steep flight of stairs first. It’s also up an extremely steep hill. Also as leaving this property I videoed everywhere and everything, and sent it to estate agents. all perfect when leaving, but suddenly 8 days later, out of nowhere, i got a bill for a broken lamp. Everything was fine when leaving and there was no damage at all. So I’m now distrustful of the company renting this property out.
