“It’s ok, but could be better”

It’s a specious and clean apartment, decently equipped for a short stay

To be improved

Property does look nice in the pictures but in reality there were some things broken or requiring maintenance/ replacement. The bathroom has a tiny uncomfortable sink and no shelf to leave your belongings, like at all (had to keep that on the floor). Very poor water pressure, sagged mattress in a small bedroom so we had to switch for a bigger one. Bear in mind that it’s pretty far away from the closest parking if you are not fortunate enough to find a spot on the street.

“Be prepared for a semi-functioning toilet.”

The apartment is very quiet and well-distributed. There is a very nice terrace and the apartment was generally clean.

To be improved

The toilet works occasionally. The tank does not fill at times, seems to be a water pressure issue since the apartment is on the top floor. There was a problem with it during our week long stay and the host did not address or fix the problem. This is an important issue that they didn't seem to care to fix. If you do stay, know that you can force flush it by pouring water from the mop bucket into the toilet. Also, the sink doesn't drain properly in the bathroom. Some dishes were put away wet and ended up getting moldy. There was only one dish towel which smelled awful as well.
