The location is excellent! The terrace had an amazing view of the Alhambra!

To be improved

The keys where supposed to be on a secured box, but they weren't there. We had to wait two hours outside the apartment until the host arrived.

The best

Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Supermarkets close by. Amazing view. plenty of room. Local and tourist type restaurants close by. Enjoyed walking the narrow streets and discovering things around every corner. Loved our stay here.

To be improved

Registering system a bit time consuming on a different platform to booking.com and we're surprised that weu needed to pay an extra deposit that was not mentioned on booking.com site. Washing machine would not open.

Amazing view of the Alhambra and over Granada. Super clean. Nice white linen and towels. Well equipped. Great location, close to restaurants, bars and a vibrant buzz without any noise. A beautiful traditional square. Fabulous roof terrace. Good service from guest management company.

To be improved

Needed some TLC. Floor tiles loose, one of the showers ornate but not effective. Needs attention on safety features ie handrails snd loose tiles. Access is challenging for older and less moblle clients but the views compensate.

The terrace is incredible, best view of Alhambra!

To be improved

The beds were not that comfortable and there was not enough toilet paper for 3 nights for 6 people. Also it was kind of stressful not receiving prompt responses to questions about entry until the last minute. We had to call several times because they never responded to emails. We also had to call when we got to the building because it was not mentioned where the lockbox was.
