Noisy neighbours and street noise but this is to be expected in city centre.

Kitchen not suitable for cooking. Equipment was very poor, for example there is only one (dirty) small pot. Although the hosts were friendly in communication, unfortunately they did not keep their promise to bring a large pot on the second day, which we had relied on. Only sheets instead of covers for the comforters. The bathroom was very smelly from the drains and there was very little water coming out of the sink, so we had to use the kitchen sink for everything.

The feedback from previous guests highlights several key issues with the property and its management: - Property Manager's Responsiveness: The manager was only responsive before arrival, slow to respond to issues, and only communicated via WhatsApp, citing phone connection problems - Lack of professional communication could lead to issues with demanding guests. - Missing Items: No horse rack, mugs, or coffee pods provided despite requests. - Appliance Issues: Ice buildup in the freezer and malfunctioning extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen. - Wobbly dining table, broken chest drawer, cracked glass in the cabinet; space could be optimized with additional seating. - Kitchen Layout: Poorly coordinated appliances make cooking difficult. - Cleaning Oversights: Balloon remnants behind the sofa, dusty wardrobe floors, stained bathroom floors, and ants in the kitchen indicate poor cleaning standards - Sewage Smell: Persistent smell of sewage suggests potential drainage issues. - General Wear and Tear: The apartment appears tired and needs TLC; furniture and decor updates are suggested to improve aesthetics. - Only one ceiling light works; AC remote malfunctions and emits an odor when cooling. Safety Concerns - Detached Headboard: One bed has a detached headboard that poses a safety risk if moved. - Lift Malfunction: The lift stopped working towards the end of the stay, causing inconvenience. - Cleaning Expectations: Guests are required to clean dishes before leaving; non-removable stains on towels incur charges. This is frustrating given the initial state of cleanliness. Addressing these issues can improve guest satisfaction and enhance the property's appeal.
