Narrow access lane to the house, very difficult to park a large vehicle Furniture is dated. Difficult to operate heater in the living area 2 bathrooms only, one on the ground floor. No bedrooms.on the ground floor

There were many problems as soon as we arrived. The house has a garage we planned to use for our car, but it would not open. So we had to pay for public parking. We called the staff and were told they would send some to help us in 30 minutes. No one came. The house had cigarette burns in the covers on the couch and cigarette butts on the patio. The air conditioning didn’t work in the common area of the house, so it was very uncomfortable. The WiFi didn’t work. We were there to complete our own work tasks and needed wifi. There were coffee cup stains in the furniture. The bedding for the house was very old and didn’t feel comfortable. There were exposed wires in the bathroom above the sink. Super dangerous. We called several times for help and only twice did the office answer the phone but no one came to help fix the issues. Their office was completely unresponsive and unhelpful and gaslit me by saying they had never heard our complaints. We left after one nights stay. No one offered us a refund or partial refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Spacious confortable / quiet - well located in albacain - great garden and nice pool

To be improved

Although globally clean and well equiped, some équipements might be renewed or better maintain (e.g the surrounding of the pool was full of leafs which necessarily could end up in the pool. Some cigarets have been left in garden jars outside
