the location was excellent. we could see the cathedral from the small terrace. spacious, great table.

To be improved

the heating. it was mainly air cons , so hot air but it was pretty cold in the winter. also if you plugged in some thing it would blow a fuse. maybe some basics like cooking oil or salt would have been nice.

“Excellent central apartment for group trip”

This clean spacious secure 5-bed apartment in a modern building a stone’s throw from the cathedral at the heart of central Granada was a great choice for our family group of 5 adults. Good-sized comfortable beds and towels. We could reach most places of interest, restaurants and tapas bars, and the bus stop to Al hambra and the Nasrid Palaces within a 5-10 minute walk. Cute little terrace to watch sunset over the roofs and cathedral. Well equipped for cooking although we ate out most of the time. Two great coffee shops for breakfast are on either side of the building. Elevator is tiny for 2 pax but useful for suitcases - we used the wide and clean staircase when in a hurry. Good communication with the management company - quick to respond to messages.

To be improved

Not a fault of the apartment but of caution on the nearest parking St Augustin- larger cars will have difficulty getting in and out of the car park unscathed. (Recommend reading online reviews for all parkings). Also expensive and price seems to increase from week to week. We parked for 3 days in the Mendez car park next to the motorway into Granada - spacious bays 24 hour security and cheaper - check tourist ticket option for multiple days. We took Ubers to and from the apartment with our luggage. Advisable not try to drive around Granada’s narrow streets in general.

The apartment was spacious for two families with two teenagers, we never felt cramped and enjoyed all the comfortable rooms and the amazing views from the terrace and windows. We were ready to move in! Everyone also exclaimed over the beautiful large table and the well equipped kitchen. We made a family meal one night at the apartment and breakfast in the morning with ease. Bathrooms were functional for the 6 of us and we liked the design and pretty tiles. Location was also very good and mostly quiet in the night.

To be improved

Very small details for some minor improvements that could be made. (None of these things impacted our stay in a significant way) The door to one bathroom without the toilet was not able to open the full way. The shower in that one also needs re-caulked to prevent water leaking onto the floor on the outside. One of the bedroom doors was difficult to close. Some of the sink faucets were loose and need stabilized. The refrigerator is a bit awkward to get into.
