Upon our arrival, "My son and I", at the apartment at 10 pm, following an extensive flight, we were met with a series of noteworthy circumstances. The rooms exhibited disarray, with towels casually strewn across the floor and an overall lack of cleanliness. The bathroom, in particular, emitted an unpleasant odor, causing discomfort and irritation to the eyes. Despite expressing our concerns to the management and contemplating the option to cancel, the impracticality of finding alternative accommodations late at night led us to stay. Subsequently, a member of the staff delivered fresh towels and sheets, expressing apologies and committing to refund one night's stay. Despite the apartment's commendable view and strategic location, our overall experience was punctuated by persistent issues. The bathroom's unpleasant odor persisted, and the hot water supply, limited to a brief five minutes, frequently resulted in electricity disruptions throughout the entire apartment. Attempts to address these matters with the management, who initially assured a refund of the cleaning fee, regrettably lacked follow-through. Despite the genuine efforts of the staff member, the overarching management failed to honor the commitment. In summary, while the apartment presents impressive views and a desirable location, recurring challenges related to cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and utility disruptions detracted from an otherwise positive stay.
