Everything The view was fantastic It was in pristine condition Everything we needed and more

To be improved

The fact that we were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift Also the fact that that we had to go out of our block and into another one to get to the pool

Key collection is inconvenient not within walking distance. Weren’t given code to access the entrance gate has to stand in the street and try and get an answer. Not given WiFi code and did not reply to any messages. Zero communication on property given. Only half a toilet roll between 4 guests for over £320 stay ! Property is very “tired” paint peeling. No table on roof balcony so couldn’t use

The location was EXCELLENT, bathrooms were great, kitchen good.

The furniture was old and tired, the pillows terrible, the mattress we slept on was terrible. The kettle broke. The pool tiles were filthy and greasy

poorly equipped, no instructions for anything.In an apartment which sleeps 8 adults, providing one key and no key box is ridiculous. Also having to spend the best part of an hour and four phone calls at the start of the holiday after a long journey simply to get the access code to the front door, is not acceptable.
