FOOD WAS EXCELLANT, LOVERY WALK THOUGH PINE TREES TO GET TO THE BEACH AND ONLY TAKES A FEW MIN,S LOUNGING AROUND THE POOL. STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING, COULD NOT HAVE DONE MORE. THIS WAS NOT A ONE OOF AS WE HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES BEFORE. THIS YEAR AS IT WAS MY 60th BIRTHDAY, LAST YEAR IT WAS FOR WEDDING ANN AND ALL THE OTHER TIMES JUST TO SPOIL ARE .SHELFS

“The location, the food & Staff. When we booked, there were no pool view apartments available, which is very important for my wife, and it was the 29th wedding anniversary. I spoke with the hotel before we went & they sorted it out for us and at no extra charge, although I was willing to pay. They even gave us a bottle of bubbles. I can't thank them enough, and I can recommend everything. Are long leisurely breakfast on the terrace each morning is another thing we always go back for, just so relaxing. · Cons: Getting a parking fine. You used to be able to park opposite the hotel but obviously not now. But it was my fault. I didn't see any signs.”

“Pretty, but misleading”

The buffets were always so good, and the pool was beautiful.

The indoor pool, hot tub and spa area had weird, really short hours and was closed even on rainy days (when they said it would be open on rainy days). Which was really annoying. We also didn't like that we booked an all-inclusive that was supposed to include 2 free drinks for each of us every day and never got those. The mini fridge had beers and water in it and they replenished it every day, so we though the beers were the free drinks. But apparently we had to pay for those and the waters, which we found out at the end. Also, hardly anyone spoke much english so we had a hard time getting by, even though most of the signs were in English. It was also a very old crowd and we were there on our honeymoon hoping to make some friends, but there wasn't many people our age.

Very spacious accommodation, location to a lovely beach setting was excellent, pool area was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good but the dinner buffet was a little limited

To be improved

Rooms were a little outdated and bathrooms in need of attention to detail. Overall not a 5 star standard at all.
