We are grateful for the host's attitude towards us, for the opportunity of an early check-in, for the good communication, and for the thoughtful hospitality (we were offered cookies, bread, and beer). It was truly a very pleasant experience.

Everything you need for a basic short stay in Valencia. Small details like coffe capsule and drinks in the fridge make you feel welcome. I was the only guest, so had the whole apartement for myself (two rooms are available, booked separately)

I'm very satisfied with the apartment. The location is excellent, with the old town's attractions within walking distance, or bus metro fast connection The apartment is clean and features comfortable mattresses and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked, including oven, coffee machine with various capsules, and all the essentials for cooking if you choose to. Upon our arrival, we found two shelves in the fridge reserved for us, filled with mineral water, beer, champagne, fresh milk, and a basket of biscuits, etc... What stood out to me the most was the hospitality of the owners. Luigi and I communicated solely through messages, but he was attentive to our arrival and departure times, and took care of our luggage, especially since our flight was late at night. As for Chiara, I could say a lot! She was the one who welcomed us and was available throughout our stay for any inquiries. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsible. She recommended the best places for paella and other meals. Every day, she checked in to see if we needed anything. Her genuine concern and exceptional attitude were truly impressive!
