The sofa bed was completely unusable — stained and debris all over.. The property was in such poor condition that we had to leave early. It felt neglected, dirty, and nothing like the photos. Number of cockroaches found inside the property. This place should not be listed on Booking.com. I raised a complaint and was only offered €55.36 of a €276.80 booking, which is insulting given how uninhabitable the place was. Avoid this property at all costs.

Location was great and the host was very responsive when we had an issue with the wifi.

To be improved

The property is very dark and dingy. Its basically one room with a very small window that lets in little natural light. The ammenities also left a lot to be desired. For example the A/C takes about 4 tries to change any of the settings, the couch is unbearably uncomfortable and a few of the pots and pans don’t work with the induction cooktop.

We tried not to spend too much time in the apartment because of the mold on the wall. It was bad for our health. Also laud neighbors were waking us up at night (the paper-thin walls).

“Although our stay wasn't too bad, I wouldn't stay there again.”

We made a last-minute reservation due to problems with our initial reservation at another location. We were so frustrated with the circumstances that we failed to notice the apartment's photos or that it was on the ground floor. We arrived late in the evening and had difficulty finding the entrance. We called the host, who was really kind and helpful, and with its assistance, we were able to get inside. The location is ideal for families with children as it is close to Guliver Park, which has an incredible playground, and also Oceanografic, our primary aim in Valencia. We discovered a fantastic pasteseria and paella restaurant nearby. The supermarket and the bus stops are really close.

To be improved

There was not enough linen for the second bed. Additionally, it was of low quality - worn out and too small size. We also found black hair inside of it, as well as on the main bed. Cleaning needs to be done with extra caution by the host. There isn't any sunlight inside the flat because the windows face a tiny yard.

“Great location but apartment was disappointing”

Great location with transport links, shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Host responded to messages accurately, politely and quickly. Toiletries were provided and there was ample crockery in the kitchen for us.

To be improved

No windows in the apartment (if you discount the small one above the front door, which did not open and the one in the bathroom, which was not external. Microwave was on a shelf 2 metres above the ground. We would have had to climb on a stool to reach and were worried about scalding ourselves or dropping crockery, if we did. Large cockroaches
