Very steep stairs down to bedroom. Wouldn’t suit less mobile people. We didn’t have internet for two days out of our 4 day stay. Host could have resolved the issue quicker instead of giving us the same advice which we said did not exist. No dish towel. We had to use a hand towel. 3 tv remotes and no instructions on how to use the tv. The directions are ridiculously poor and do not direct you to the property. That certainly needs resolved as it starts the relationship between host and guest off on the wrong foot. I think the host needs to review how much information they give guests prior to arrival. We host our own villa in Portugal and our guests receive a 4 page helpful hints document well in advance of arrival with clear directions, information on key access Internet codes recommendations on restaurants etc. we received a key code only on the day of arrival. Not really good enough.
