“Amazing accommodation! It’s a 6 minute walk to the beach and station. A few stations away from Alicante Centre. It was really clean, good equipped and David was really nice! We would definitely recommend this apartment ❤️”

Building work going on that we were not made aware of, builders outside the window in the morning and very loud. We came back to the accommodation and some metal trims came falling down upon us and I had to shout to my wife to get back out of the way as they just missed up!!!

To be improved

It was not advertised as building work going on and a lack of contact from the management company.

The apartment was well equipped with private parking,

The owner rents the apartment during a major renovation, a lot of noise can be heard in the apartment from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., there is dust in the apartment, there is dirt on the floor. There is no privacy in the apartment even though the apartment is on the 13th floor. The owner does not communicate

They facilitated our late arrival. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

When I booked one of my filters was a swimming pool. We were not informed that the swimming pool was closed for repairs.
