“A really good experience which exceeded our expectations”

Friendly staff all over hotel, clean, plenty of sun beds to choose from. Adequate breakfasts. Good range of drinks & food available at pool snack bar. Helpful service of offering to arrange taxis for you at good price.

To be improved

No pool towels, drinks and food a tad expensive at pool snack bar but expected.

“Cons: Not having hot water is just not acceptable and its been written about before some time ago in the comments. We also didnt have hot water despite a few complaints. To make matters worse, the last two days I was very ill - fever. Not having a hot shower just ruined my entire experience. I wouldn't recommend people stay here simply for that reason and I say that because its clearly a reoccurring issue that management are not taking seriously.”

“Really relaxed and chill vibe, plenty of seats/beds available around the pool all day and right next to the beach, a restaurant and several supermarkets · Cons: Our shower didn't have hot water, they attempted to fix it but were unable to in the couple of days we were there”
