The air conditioning was ineffective and the room was rather hot (this was in June). Do check your door is locked behind you as it was tempremental, and our own and (by observation) many other guests keys needed to be re-cut so I wonder how effective the door locking system is.

“The hotel location was good, easy to reach everything that was needed. · Cons: For the first time I was yelled at by lady at the reception. She took so long to register guests because she was spending too much time chatting with everyone. When my time came I was trying to be short in my answers so I could go to my room faster, but for that she yelled at me for what she said was rude behavior. She apologized later, but I think that shouldn’t happen in the first place.”

“Very nice and comfortable place to stay”

Great location, very comfortable rooms and clean bathroom. The lady working at the reception was very kind and supportive in giving some local recommendations! Very nice place to stay in Vigo.

“Good location but air con intermittent”

Location close to train station and 10 minute walk to old town and port but aircon was boy always on.

To be improved

Air conditioning didn't work initially, but then when we asked c they turned it on, then, in the middle of the night, it was turned off again. This happened both nights we stayed there.
