Difficult to find kitchen utensils and not all the chairs were comfortable. Slow response with staff and too many steps to the lift.

“I downloaded the app which worked to let us into the building. The app was easy to install and use for this purpose. · Cons: When we tried using the app for the apartment door it did not work. I contacted the company, they were able to admit us to the apartment.”

“Perfect location for visiting Madrid”
The best

Perfect location for sightseeing in Madrid. The check in with the key app worked without any problems, there was always someone available via WhatsApp. The Santa Ana car park is currently closed (right outside the front door), but there is a second car park nearby. The flat is new and very well equipped.
