We had a pleasant stay in this lovely apartment in Madrid. It was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable base for our trip. The neighbourhood was fantastic, with a great vibe and easy access to local amenities. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Madrid, and we enjoyed our time here!

The administrator allowed us to check in earlier, although comminication was not smooth.

To be improved

The apartmemt is in pretty bad state, dirty walls, mold smell in the bathroom, renovation is needed.

The best

The owner is very friendly and responded to messages promptly. Since the plane arrived early, I wanted to check in early, and the owner coordinated my time very well.

To be improved

There are a lot of small bugs in the house, it seems they crawled up from the sewer, although they are not harmful, but I am very afraid of bugs.

Very well located… 2 metros near by, lots of restaurants & grocery shops.

To be improved

Lots of mould on the walls (but i think it’s a building problem as you can notice it when you walk in the building) The kitchen could have been better equipped… For example no cutting board, no sieve …
