“Avoid at any cost”
The best

Nothing. Maybe the price (that isn't even that cheap) and the fact that it was one of the few options left the last moment. For a reason no one wanted to book it.

To be improved

The staff are incredibly rude. it's the first hostel in my life that I saw charging for the use of kitchen and on top of that for the use of each equipment. 3 eur to use a kettle. Incredible. And they aren't even ashamed to say it. Very dirty And the rooms are just ugly, a literal prison cell. And that all on top of the hill where you can't get by any means - even taking a bus you hace to walk 20 mins uphill from there (and from the town it's 48 mins uphill).

Was good value for money, and generally quiet. Was also decently clean.

To be improved

The kitchen was quite simple, and had to deposit cash for the pots/plates etc. Also, our keycards for our rooms and the kitchen stopped working most days so we had to get them reloaded at the front desk every time. Minor issues, and was generally quite good.
